What two charts agree on
The official Roblox page does not print a full key map. It says controls are listed in the community server and that the game supports more than one platform. The PC rows below are the actions where two long written charts agree. They were checked against each other on 2 Nov 2026. Alpha can still rebind them.
| Action | PC input |
|---|---|
| Move | W A S D |
| Shoot | Hold E, release at the top of the jump |
| Pump fake | Tap E. One note also calls a very short hold a fake. |
| Layup | Hold E while driving |
| Driving dunk | Shift + Space |
| Standing dunk | Hold Space near the rim |
| Self lob | F |
| Alley-oop to a teammate | T + 1, 2, 3, or 4 |
| Screen | Hold T |
| Post up | Hold G |
| Overhead pass | Press 1, 2, 3, or 4 |
| Chest pass | Hold Shift + the teammate number |
| Bounce pass | Double-tap the teammate number |
| Flashy pass | Hold Shift and double-tap the number |
| Fake pass | Hold Q + the teammate number |
| Swing pass | Hold D (right) or A (left) plus the pass number |
| Hesi | C for the right hand, Z for the left |
| Crossover | Z right-to-left, C left-to-right |
| Stepback / snatchback | X / X X |
| Half spin / full spin | V / C X Z or Z X C |
| Euro / hop | Shift + double-tap E / Shift + tap E |
Teammate numbers are assigned in the current match. Read the live icons. Do not memorize a number from an old clip.
The same key changes with your state
Holding E while you are set is the documented jump shot. Holding E while you drive is the documented layup. A tap is the documented pump fake. If the wrong animation plays, check direction, speed, distance from the rim, and ball hand before you blame the key.
Shift is the sprint and the modifier. Add one modifier at a time. A moving shot is documented as Shift + D + hold E to the right, or Shift + A + hold E to the left.
Inputs that do not agree
Some July and early August videos tell you to shoot with Space and to pass with R. The later charts that agree with each other use E to shoot and the number keys to pass. Follow the table above unless your live alpha prompt says otherwise.
G is also a conflict. The agreed November PC table uses Hold G to post up. Other beginner charts use Hold G to guard, a tap of G as a hook, and a double-tap of G as a gather. Those cannot all be true in the same animation state. Use the on-screen prompt for G.
Single-guide defense rows, not in the two-chart agreement, include steal on R, block on Shift + Space, drop ball on P, camera on L, and hand switch on H. Try them only if the current HUD shows those actions.
A ten-minute check
- Take five stationary shots from one spot. Watch only the press and the release.
- Tap E five times so a fake does not become a shot.
- Drive in and compare the layup input with Shift + Space.
- With a teammate, pass once to each number, then try one bounce and one chest pass.
- If chat or an overlay ate the key, click back onto the court and retry one action.
Shooting has no documented assist that greens the meter for you. If every release feels late, check frame rate before you change the jumpshot package. Dropped frames on a hold-to-release shot read as a late release.
